Meet Joy, the humanitarian on a mission to make the world a better place. Raised by a Pastor and a gospel singer, she learned the value of serving others from a young age. Joy is a true ambassador for positive change, working with several charities to close the moral divide of poor communities, end gang-related violence, and provide disaster relief.
As an official ambassador to educational charity The Way To Happiness Foundation, ending gang violence in LA with UnitedinPeace.org, drug education with Foundation for a Drug Free World and disaster relief aid MercuryOne.org, Joy has dedicated her life to serving others.
She has raised over 2 million dollars through her social media alone for disaster relief efforts in Houston and Florida, and she spent 6 months in Cape Town, South Africa feeding children for the Stacy Francis Foundation, demonstrating her commitment to making a tangible difference.
Joy also uses her acting ability to mentor children and teens for Los Angeles’s Inner City Shakespeare.
